Refund Policy

Mindful Juniors
Effective Date: 15 June 2025
 

At Mindful Juniors, we understand that plans may change. Our refund policy has been designed to provide clarity while ensuring the smooth operation of our programmes. Please read the following carefully before enrolling.
 

1. Cancellations by the Parent/Guardian

  • Full Refund: A full refund will be provided if cancellation is made at least five (5) working days prior to the scheduled start of the programme.

  • Partial Refund: A 50% refund may be granted if cancellation is made within four (4) working days of the programme start date, subject to approval.

  • No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made on or after the programme start date, or once the programme has commenced.
     

All refund requests must be made in writing via email.
 

2. Missed Classes

  • Fees for missed sessions will not be refunded.

  • Make-up classes may be offered subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Mindful Juniors.

  • No refund will be issued for absences due to personal reasons, including illness, travel, or other commitments.
     

3. Cancellations by Mindful Juniors

  • In the event that a class or programme is cancelled by Mindful Juniors (e.g. due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued.

  • Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer the credit to another class or future programme.
     

4. Medical Exceptions

  • In cases of medical emergencies where a child is unable to attend the programme, a partial refund or pro-rated credit may be considered.

  • A valid medical certificate must be provided within three (3) working days of the missed session or withdrawal.

  • This is subject to review and is not guaranteed.
     

5. Non-Transferability

  • Programme fees are non-transferable between children, families, or to unrelated services unless otherwise approved in writing.
     

6. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
     

7. Discretionary Rights

Mindful Juniors reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund matters. Exceptions to this policy will only be made in exceptional or compassionate circumstances, and at our sole discretion.
